This is definitely a date place. Not the type of speakeasy you go to with a group of friends. This location is usually frequented by an older crowd and not college students. Its very quiet and definitely not the place to turn up. The food is good, and the staff are very friendly.”- Addy M.

Of all the “speakeasies” in Seattle, the least-touristy of all is the Knee-High Stocking Company. It is perfect for a date surprise, since it is exciting to lead your date to the unmarked random door that they always skipped thinking it was a sad apartment or a dirty laundromat. Make the online reservation and ring the doorbell to enter a world of incredible cocktails, a rich menu, and beautiful paintings of cherubs and madames.

“We’ve been known as a local, secret spot - a bit less 12 years later - for some time. Hard to find, small, intimate, dimly lit and local, with a celebrated seasonal cocktail selection and unique dinner/late night ethnic food menu, I’ve been told Knee High is the sort of spot you bring someone you’re aiming to impress with being “in the know”. Consequently we’ve been voted top OKC first date spot for a few years now, and I’ve heard quite a bit about Tinder dates in passing as well lol.”, Pamela Carpio and Michelle Valko, the owners, told us.

Delicious, romantic, sweet. We stopped here for lunch. I was being difficult... I had no idea what I wanted, and I have multiple dietary issues. The staff was SO great. Worked w me and gave me exactly what I didn't even know I wanted! I got a delicious salad and arnie Palmer beverage to go. “Property my favorite place in Seattle for date night! I always make sure to go a little before the sun setting to get a great seat by the window in the lounge, and catch happy hour! The view is absolutely amazing! You can watch ferries go by and the sun set

I recommend this restaurant to everyone!”- Maddison N

“I like the drink menu and enjoyed a Lion's Tale to start the night off. Appetizers included the crab cake and some artisan bread, both of which were fantastic! However, the black cod was seasoned with a Teriyaki like sauce that was overpowering and detracted from the fish. I would choose a different meal for your main course. Finally, the view is quite nice and makes for a good date night location.”- Rian F

“.... I just wish I had the foresight to make reservations a bit later to see the restaurant lit up at night because the twinkle lights strategically placed in the decor looked like it would create a very romantic ambiance. I have been telling anyone and everyone about this place and can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful date night!”- Breanne B
